I started originating mortgages in May of 2004 with Pacific Mortgage where my broker, Brad Hargrave hired me on trained me. After approx. 1 yr with Pacific Mortgage and a greater then expected learning curve and success, I was asked to become a branch manager with A+ Mortgage. A+ Mortgage was expanding out of Tukwila and showed interest in having a presence in Olympia, WA. I accepted this position in May of 2005 and ran a team of approx. eight Loan Originators until December of 2007. Brad Hargrave and I worked together through our affiliation with A+ Mortgage for approx. 1 ½ years. Together we decided that we wanted to partner up and get away from our Branch of A+ Mortgage. Brad Hargrave applied for his broker’s license and was approved with the Washington State Department of Financial Institutions in January of 2008. We are both very excited about the opportunity to server the community and continue to help families both purchase and refinance their homes.
